Return & Cancellation Policy

As a not for profit volunteer organization and due to our advanced allocation of event expenses, we are not in a position to refund payments for reservations for any events. Merchandise sales, as another method of fundraising, are not refundable unless we are unable to replace a damaged item. Fees incurred in the merchandise replacement become the responsibility of the purchaser.
